Sweden: 
Standard delivery DHL Service Point (Free shipping over 3000 SEK otherwise 29kr) 1-3 business days


Norway: 
UPS Standard Delivery 100 NOK


Within EU: 
Standard delivery: UPS Standard Delivery 10€


International Shipping: 
Fedex International (20$) 

Orders placed before 9am will be processed and shipped the same day. If placed after 9am they will be shipped the following day after Lis Bonne Atelier has accepted and confirmed your order.

Taxes and duties

Within EU:
All relevant taxes and duties will be included in your final purchase price. 

Shipments to Norway:
We are registered for VOEC, meaning all taxes and duties are included when purchasing goods with a value of maximum 3000 NOK. Goods with a value above 3000 NOK, taxes and duties will apply. 

International shipping outside EU: 
Taxes and duties may apply once your package has reached the destination. 

Please note that custom duties and taxes are non refundable by Lis Bonne Atelier AB. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

Return Policy

You are always entitled to return your product(s) within 14 days from the time of receiving your order. You may return the product(s) online. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged. We charge 79 kr for the return shipping within SE and 20 EUR for EU, ROW, UK and Norway. The cost will be deducted from your refund. The product(s) does not have to be returned in the original box.

For the return to be accepted the returned product(s) must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the i product(s) were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Lis Bonne Atelier will repay the price of the product(s) as soon as possible, however at the latest within 14 days from the date the product(s) was returned and received by us.

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

Exchange

If you want to change any product(s) to a different size, please create your exchange HERE

Follow the instructions and you will receive a return label to your email address.
Within the return form you can choose which item you want to exchange and what new size you wish to get.

Refunds

Lis Bonne Atelier will refund the price of the product(s) as soon as possible, however at the latest within 14 days from the date the product(s) was returned and received by us.

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

Unclaimed shipments 

If your order is returned to us due to failure to collect your package, a fee of 250 sek for Swedish orders and €30 for international shipping will be applied. This fee covers shipping costs both ways, along with handling and restocking. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

We sincerely value and appreciate the support of our customers. While we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, especially for sizing issues, we encourage you to refer to the detailed size guides available on each product page. To support a sustainable and responsible shopping experience, Lis Bonne Atelier reserves the right to cancel orders and deactivate accounts exhibiting an unusually high return frequency. This policy is designed to discourage repetitive purchasing and returning behavior while promoting mindful shopping.
